Jesse Strauss’s practice focuses on litigation, including class actions and direct actions on behalf of individuals, companies and institutions. As an associate at Blank Rome LLP, Jesse participated in several jury trials in New York State Supreme Court. In one of Jesse's trials, his clients obtained a multi-million dollar jury verdict. Most recently, Jesse was an associate at a major plaintiffs-side securities class action law firm where he represented pension funds in complex securities fraud cases. Jesse is a former law clerk to a United States District Court Judge and a former New York City Urban Fellow. He is a former member of his local Community Board, a former volunteer in Ghana, West Africa with the American Jewish World Service and serves on the executive committee of his local reform Democratic club. Jesse is on the steering committee of the New York Demcoratic Lawyers Council and is active in the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Constitution Society.
