Ms. Gilbride has been practicing law for amost 25 years with a primary focus on defending employers of all kinds in employment litigation.  She has tried numerous jury trials and handled all facets of employment litigation, resulting in a substantial number of published opinions.  In addition, she has argued a significant number of appeals in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Gilbride is active in the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  She has been the Co-Chair of the Directors & Officers Subcommittee of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation since 2006.
