Mr. Simoni's expeience includes public sector projects, large and small private commercial projects, large-scale single-family home residential projects and apartment renovations. Noteworthy litigation has included representing:
- a developer in a product liability claim of $4.9 million against a storm water drainage manufacturerer within a bankruptcy court adversary proceeding;
- a world-renowned soils engineer against $30 million in state and federal court claims involving the failure of a massive concrete reetaining wall; and
- a large public works contractor against millions in alleged unpaid prevailing wage and benefits claims.
