Joshua Pollack litigates and tries cases throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. He has litigated and tried hundreds of cases involving motor vehicles, construction, premises, products, and medical malpractice. For six years following law school, Mr. Pollack tried serious personal injury cases for the City of New York. After leaving the city in 1996, Josh began representing injured plaintiffs. He later formed a partnership with Larry J. Kramer. Josh is the lead trial attorney at Kramer & Pollack, LLP, where he tries cases for his clients as well as cases referred to him by other attorneys.
