Judith Raskin, a founding partner of Raskin & Makofsky, has concentrated her practice in the areas of elder law and trusts and estates since 1991. She has extensive experience in probate, estate administration, Medicaid planning and applications, estate planning, special needs, guardianships, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. Ms. Raskin is the Chair of the NYSBA Elder Law Section's Ethics Committee and Co-Chaired the Elder Law Section's 2010 Summer Meeting. She is a past Chair of the Alzheimer's Association LI Chapter Legal Committee, a member of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau County, Inc. and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc.
