JUDITH D. GRIMALDI is a partner in the law firm of Grimaldi & Yeung LLP with offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Ms. Grimaldi represents the rights of the elderly and disabled in Medicare, Medicaid, Health Law, and Trusts and Estates, with a special focus on family caregivers and homecare. She is a certified Elder Law attorney, certified Social Worker, serves on the boards of non-profit organizations serving the elderly in Bay Ridge and Park Slope, Brooklyn. Ms. Grimaldi is co-chair of the Health Issues Committee of the NY State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, Charter member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners & the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, & chairperson of the Senior Issue Committee of Community Board 10. Ms. Grimaldi has been AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, named “Best Lawyer” from 2008 to 2011, “Super Lawyer” from 2008 to 2011, & has authored advanced elder law publications.
