Profile

For over two decades, Lucas A. Ferrara has successfully represented clients in a wide array of real estate disputes initiated in federal, state, and local forums. In 2002, Mr. Ferrara was appointed Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School. He previously served as Adjunct Associate Professor of Real Estate at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, where he was the 1996 recipient of the University's Teacher's Excellence Award. Mr. Ferrara is the named co-author of Landlord and Tenant Practice in New York (West Group) and is a contributing author to West's New York State Administrative Procedure and Practice.
