Profile

Lydia A. Milone, a partner in Bodnar & Milone LLP, has, over the past 20 years, limited her practice to matrimonial law. She represents clients in both the traditional litigation model and in the collaborative law model, an alternate dispute resolution method. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Since 2003, she has been a member of the Westchester County Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee and serves as an officer. She is a founding member, past Vice President and past President of the Association of Collaborative Lawyers of Rockland-Westchester and is Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Association Collaborative Law Committee, and has been Editor-in-Chief of The Domestic Law Review since 2000. She has been published by and lectures for the New York State Bar Association, Family Law Section.
