Marvin Pickholz concentrates his practice on the area of Business Regulatory Law, domestic and foreign, including civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. He has represented clients from the EU, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the Caribbean, Jersey Isles and China. Recent engagements include NYSE Floor Specialist, Market Timing, Financial Analyst and Hedge Fund proceedings. He has lectured before various domestic and foreign bar associations and business groups, is a co-author for sections on Accountants' Liability and Section 16(b) for Matthew Bender's treatise on Securities Laws and is the author of the West Group's Securities Crimes. He has served as a national Assistant Director of the SEC Division of Enforcement and is a frequent commentator for CNBC and NBC.
