Mary Ellen Donnelly devotes her practice exclusively to the representation of management in all aspects of employment law and related litigation. She regularly represents management in state and federal courts, before arbitration tribunals, and before various administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. In addition to litigation, Ms. Donnelly frequently counsels clients on a full range of state and federal labor and employment issues. Ms. Donnelly received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1991. She received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1988. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey and before various federal courts.
