Michael E. Jaffe is a partner with Pazer, Epstein & Jaffe, P.C., a Manhattan law firm that has been dedicated to representing victims of negligence throughout New York state for more than 40 years. Michael's practice focuses on complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving motor vehicle accidents of every type (including public transportation accidents), labor law, property owner negligence (premises liability), medical malpractice, construction site accidents and civil rights violations. Michael also serves as trial counsel to several other law firms in the New York area.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994. He joined Pazer & Epstein in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. He is the current president-elect of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA), where he also serves as chair of the Auto/No-Fault Committee, and a frequently featured speaker at the NYSTLA and New York State Bar Association events and seminars. Michael's professional affiliations also include the New York County Lawyers' Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
