Mitchell K. Aaron is the managing attorney of Torgan & Cooper, P.C., one of New York's leading personal injury firms. Prior to joining this firm in 2005, he spent 17 years as a founding partner and head of the litigation department at Kreinik Aaron & Gersh, LLP.

Mr. Aaron has extensive litigation experience at trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He draws upon this in-depth experience every day as he oversees all aspects of Torgan & Cooper's pretrial, trial and appellate litigation matters. In addition, his meticulous preparation and keen attention to detail contribute greatly to the successful resolutions of his cases. Torgan & Cooper continues to achieve some of the largest personal injury verdicts and settlements nationwide.

Mr. Aaron graduated with his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law in 1982. He is admitted to practice before both the state and federal courts of New York.
