Attorney Paul B. Weitz is a respected New York trial lawyer who has returned a significant number of multimillion dollar verdicts in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has considerable experience helping clients obtain recoveries in highly complex litigation.

Mr. Weitz is a 1985 magna cum laude and honors graduate of Harvard Law School, and was a partner in the personal injury law firm Schneider, Kleinick, Weitz, Damashek & Shoot for 10 years.
Mr. Weitz co-authored "Art of Summation," a book analyzing jury summations by 11 of the nation’s most successful trial attorneys, which was recently updated and published by the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute.
Manhattan lawyer Paul Weitz is active in the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, has lectured frequently before numerous bar associations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates and the New York State Bar Association.
