With more than 29 years of tort litigation experience, Paul T. Hofmann is a recognized champion for those whose lives have been forever changed by serious or catastrophic injuries. He has handled hundreds of wrongful death and personal injury suits and won more than $100 million in verdicts and settlements for clients.
Although he is skilled in a wide variety of personal injury matters, Mr. Hofmann maintains a special emphasis on railroad, construction and maritime worker claims. Mr. Hofmann’s New York firm, Hofmann & Associates, is also strongly focused on providing personal and responsive client service. As Mr. Hofmann says, “Our mission is to maximize each client's recovery by thorough research, preparation and creative presentation.”
Mr. Hofmann earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 1981. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association, the American Association for Justice, the Traumatic Brain Injury Association, the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Association and other legal organizations. He is also a lecturer, writer and former chair of the ATLA Admiralty Section.
