Profile

National Leader of Baker Hostetler's Technology Practice Group.  Practice involves all aspects of counseling on issues relating to Information Technology, Intellectual Property, privacy and e-commerce; negotiation of contracts relating to all aspects of content distribution and commerce on the Internet; negotiation of agreements for mobile apps and cloud computing, and; negotiation of contracts relating to software licensing, development and outsourcing.  Advise clients on venture capital and start-up issues.

First chair responsiblity for litigation involving information technology, intellectual property and related commercial disputes.  Practice includes trials in state and federal courts across the United States. Acted as arbitrator, mediator and expert witness in matters relating to IP and IT.  Member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Neutrals.
