Robert Feder, a founding Partner of Cuddy & Feder LLP, a firm with offices in White Plains, Fishkill, Manhattan, and Stamford, Connecticut, is engaged in all aspects of large real estate transactions, including environmental, zoning, and planning issues. Mr. Feder is also involved in complex commercial transactions, serving as general counsel and as a director of Interplex Industries, a manufacturer of precision parts for the electronics industry with operations in ten states and Europe, Mexico, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Korea, and China. He represents major developers and owners of commercial property, is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and is Chairman of the Board of Presidential Realty Corporation, a publicly owned REIT.
