Mr. Wallack's practice concentrates in the area of Family and Matrimonial Law. From 1999 to 2003 he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan DA's Office, where he was chosen to lead the prosecution of many of the office's highest-profile cases. In 2003, Mr. Wallack became associated with the firm, Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP, where he concentrated exclusively in the practice of Matrimonial and Family Law, before founding his own practice, The Wallack Firm, P.C., in 2007. Mr. Wallack is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School where he teaches a trial skills course entitled "Advocacy and Persuasion," and is a member of the faculty of Cardozo Law School's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. He has authored articles for the New York Law Journal on cutting-edge issues, and appears regularly on national television providing commentary and analysis on various legal topics. Since 2004, Mr. Wallack has served as the legal consultant to "General Hospital" on ABC Television.
