Robert S. Kelner, of Kelner & Kelner, graduated from Columbia Law School in 1971 and practices personal injury and medical malpractice law. He has obtained over 200 verdicts and settlements of $1 million or more. Recently, he won a $29.4 million verdict in a wrongful death case, the largest 2008 motor vehicle verdict in New York State. He has handled many high-profile cases. He is the co-author of the "Trial Practice" column in The New York Law Journal and is co-chairman of the Civil Trial Practice Institute of the New York County Lawyers Association.
