Mr. Gangemi's practice emphasizes employment law litigation involving primarily sexual harassment, wage/hour and discrimination matters.  He graduated from St. John's University, School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John's Law Review as well as Executive Articles Editor of the ABI Law Review.In 2008, Mr. Gangemi argued the seminal case of Pachter v. Bernard Hodes Group, Inc. before the New York State Court of Appeals.  His advocacy resulted in the Court recognizing that all employees, including highly compensated employees and executives, are protected by the unlawful wage deduction statute set forth in Article 6 of the New York Labor Law.
