Samuel Gregory's practice is primarily criminal defense. He has represented a wide range of clients including doctors, lawyers, bankers, students, and police officers. Sam is proudly based in Brooklyn, but his skill takes him to all five boroughs of New York City and the federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Sam has obtained acquittals in almost every kind of criminal case, from homicides to 100 kilogram drug cases to complex fraud cases. Sam heads up a small firm where every client receives special attention. Sam is known as both a diplomatic negotiator and an exceptionally skilled trial lawyer. Sam regularly lectures at St. John's and Brooklyn Law School. He has also appeared as an expert legal commentator on CNN, MSNBC, and CourtTV. Sam is the founder and director of the non-profit Brooklyn to Alaska Project, which takes urban youth from Brooklyn on a wilderness adventure to Alaska.

Pro bono/Community Service:
- Sam directs a non profit organization that takes urban youth on a wilderness adventure to Alaska each summer. The program is funded through donations from individuals throughout the court system from judges to former clients. The project is in its 5th year and has thus far taken over 30 young men on this terrific adventure.
Verdicts and Settlements:
- Sam got the first acquittal in a Muder 1 case in NYC after the re-enactment of the Death Penalty in NY. This was in 1997. Sam has gotten acquittals in both Federal and State Courts in NY and NJ. Sam got an acquittal in a 100 kilo cocaine case in 1999.
