His successess include verdicts of $114 million, $10 million, $9 million,$6.1 million, $6 million, $3.7 million and $3.2 million. He obtained the second highest jury verdict in the state of New York and has obtained the highest New York verdicts in cases involving Erb's Palsy injuries.Mr. Erickson is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association and a member of  the American Association for Justice.
