Profile
Steven Storch concentrates in complex business disputes. He has been lead trial counsel in several prominent, highly publicized litigations involving disputes over alleged business fraud, civil racketeering and insurance coverage. Among other successes, he won a multimillion-dollar verdict against an accounting firm in connection with a fraudulent billing scheme and acted as lead class counsel for over 100 law firms in a dispute over a $600 million fee distribution. Most recently, Mr. Storch prevailed at trial in a legal malpractice action, winning a $5.2 million jury verdict, increased to over $10 million with an award of pre-judgment interest. He is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court and in the states of New York and Illinois.

Verdicts and Settlements:
- Herbert Feinberg v. Jerome Boros, et al., Supreme Court of New York, New York County (October 29, 2010). In this matter arising from a legal malpractice claim against a major national law firm, Storch Amini & Munves defeated multiple motions to dismiss the action. Steven Storch, acting as lead trial counsel, went on to successfully represent the plaintiff at trial. The jury found in favor of the plaintiff and awarded him $5.2 million in their verdict. The verdict is ranked #22 on list of Top New York Verdicts of 2010, published by The New York Law Journal, 2010
