The sole focus of my firm is the representation of seriously injured victims of negligence arising from construction site, motor vehicle and premises accidents, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice and other wrongdoing. As the founding and senior partner of my firm, I limit the cases we accept so that each client receives the hands on attention they deserve. Our firm is a small firm so that our clients always deal with the attorney familiar with their case. Once retained, we take care of all aspects of our client's claim be it obtaining payment of medical bills or lost wages, dealing with doctors or hospitals and, of course, expeditiously prosecuting a lawsuit for money damages. We timely return all telephone calls and thoroughly answer all questions, forming a team with our clients, sharing the goal of restoring order to their lives and obtaining a just result to their case. I am dedicated to securing full compensation for my clients who entrust me with righting a wrong committed upon them causing life changing injuries.
