Stuart P. Gelberg is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts in 1981, concentrating in  bankruptcy. Stuart P. Gelberg graduated SUNY Albany in 1977 (B.A., cum laude, Political Science). Mr. Gelberg graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 1980 in the top third of his class. Mr. Gelberg has lectured extensively for district courts and bar associations, a nationally known consumer credit counseling service and others. He is a member of various bar associations, The National Conference of Bankruptcy Clerks and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is a Certified Specialist in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy (ABC) and represents debtors, trustees and creditors.
