Tania M. Pagan is a founding partner of the Pagan Law Firm, P.C. in New York City. Mrs. Pagan is an accomplished and widely respected trial lawyer with a primary focus on representing plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice cases and other types of personal injury litigation. Time and again, her diligent preparation habits and experience have produced top dollar pretrial settlements for the firm’s clients or, alternatively, provided a bedrock foundation for highly successful trial strategies. Mrs. Pagan is also a passionate and accomplished appellate lawyer who has handled more than 50 appeals in state and federal courts.

Mrs. Pagan received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. She practices in New York state courts, in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and she has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in other state and federal courts as well. Her professional memberships include the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York Women's Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the American Business Women's Association and the Parents League of New York.
