Thomas Finegan concentrates his practice in construction matters.  He handles the full gamut of construction law, including contract negotations among owners' representatives, construction managers, architects and contractors, and conducts all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry.

Recent projects have included:

- Negotiating and drafting all documents for the purchase of a construction subdivision of a public corporation;

- Trial of a construction arbitration to conclusion in which he successfully defeated a multimillion-dollar claim, and recovered 100% of the counterclaim and all legal fees;

- Defeating, before a jury, a negligence claim brought when a subcontractor caused the destruction of an adjacent structure, and achieving repayment to the client of all litigation costs and legal fees as part of a final settlement.
