Wayne Greenwald concentrates in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law and business litigation. He is recognized as an authority on the interplay between criminal law and bankruptcy law. As such, he is often consulted when cases have overlapping criminal and insolvency issues. Mr. Greenwald vice-chairs the Defense Research Institute's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Special Litigation Group and formerly co-chaired the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commercial Fraud Task Force. He lectures frequently and published or edited articles, treatises and books on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, including Criminal Practice/ Bankruptcy Proceedings. His representations include the spectrum of parties in bankruptcy and debtor-creditor proceedings across the country.
