Bringing extensive trial experience to the Managing Partner’s role, Bill supervises all firm litigations, trials and settlements. He has been personally involved in client recoveries in excess of 1 billion dollars. In addition to supervising the firm’s general negligence, medical malpractice and product liability litigations, Bill is also co-managing the firm’s pending mass tort lawsuit involving over 10,000 rescue and recovery workers who are ill from their exposure to toxins at Ground Zero, in which he was a principal negotiator and which was recently settled for over 800 Million Dollars.
Bill is a frequent statewide lecturer on all aspects of personal injury practice and law and has made numerous radio and TV appearances including ABC’s 20-20, CNN (Worldwide), Good Day NY, Fox 5, CBS and NBC. He is founder and President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association Westchester/Lower Hudson Chapter, and often the annual Author/Lecturer for the “Premises Liability” Chapter of the Trial Lawyers’ Decisions book and program.
