Bill brings extensive trial experience to his managing partner's role, while supervising all firm litigations, trials, and settlements. He has negotiated or supervised client recoveries in excess of $350 million, making him one of the most successful personal injury attorneys in the New York area. Bill supervises the firm's general negligence, medical malpractice, and product liability litigations, and is co-managing the firm's Ground Zero mass tort lawsuit involving 10,000 rescue and recovery workers who are ill from their exposure to toxins. He was the founder and President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association's Westchester Chapter, was named to the American Trial Lawyers Association New York Top 100 Trial Lawyers list for 2009, is co-chair of the County Bar Association Trial Committee, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
