William S. Null is Managing Partner of Cuddy & Feder LLP with offices in White Plains, Fishkill and New York, NY and Stamford, CT. His practice is focused on land use and zoning issues in New York relating to commercial, academic, medical, religious and other institutional, and residential development of real property. In addition, Mr. Null's practice includes litigation in the NY State and Federal courts relating to land use, zoning and environmental review issues. Mr. Null represents institutional, corporate, individual and entrepreneurial clients in connection with governmental applications for development and use of land.
