His practice is focused on land use and zoning issues in New York relating to commercial, academic, medical, religious and other institutional, and residential development of real property. In addition, Mr. Null's practice includes litigation in the NY State and Federal courts relating to land use, zoning and environmental review issues. Mr. Null represents institutional, corporate, individual and entrepreneurial clients in connection with governmental applications for development and use of land. He has extensive experience in complex multimillion-dollar projects including retail and entertainment centers, office parks, conference centers, hospitals, academic complexes, religious centers, multifamily complexes, planned unit developments, and senior living communities.
