Cheryl Smith Fisher is a partner in Magavern Magavern Grimm LLP, representing corporations in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and employment law. Her litigation skills were honed as an Assistant United States Attorney in the 1980s. President of the 3,700-member Bar Association of Erie County, she has been appointed by the New York State Courts as a Chair of the Committees on Character and Fitness, and is Chair of the State Bar Association's Committee on Judicial Campaign Conduct. A graduate of Leadership Buffalo, Ms. Fisher was honored by Episcopal Community Services for Outstanding Volunteer Service to the Community.
