Christopher J. Belter is a senior trial partner of Goldberg Segalla LLP and chairs the firm's commercial and business litigation practice group. He concentrates his litigation practice on complex business and contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property and unfair competition claims. He also represents clients in a wide variety of construction-related matters including claims of professional negligence, construction defects, and surety litigation. Mr. Belter is the National Vice Chair of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Construction Law Committee and a National Steering Committee member of the DRI Commercial Litigation Committee. He was named to the New York Super Lawyers list in 2007.
