David B. Smith is a Partner in the Law Firm of Feuerstein & Smith, LLP, where his practice concentrates on domestic relations, family law, and civil litigation matters. Mr. Smith is regularly appointed by the courts to act as Attorney for Children and provides representation to clients in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands. Mr. Smith is a member of the American Bar Association (Center for Professional Responsibility and Family Law Section) and American Association for Justice, among others. Mr. Smith earned his B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology and his Juris Doctorate at The State University of New York at Buffalo.
