David J. Wukitsch joined the firm in 1985 and has been a principal since 1991. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment law, municipal law and government procurements. In addition to having conducted several jury trials, he has represented individuals, governmental entities, and corporate clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Wukitsch also provides general advice and counsel to local and national businesses on issues of labor law and employment law compliance. He is counsel to several local municipalities.

Mr. Wukitsch is a Mediator for the U.S. District Court Panel. His court admissions include the United States District Courts, Southern (2002), Western (1993), Northern (1982); United States Supreme Court, 1994; United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, 1986; New York State, 1982.
