Dennis Bischof's law practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation. We are fully dedicated and committed to our clients on each and every case, start to finish. Mr. Bischof was elected to the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of Erie County where he served as Treasurer. He received a Special Service Award from the Bar Association of Erie County in 2006. Mr. Bischof was elected President of the Buffalo Chapter for the American Board of Trial Advocates for 2009 and 2010. Mr. Bischof began his legal career in Washington, D.C. with the U.S. Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. A 1986 graduate of Canisius College, Mr. Bischof received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1989.

Honors and Awards:
- Special Service Award from the Bar Association of Erie County in recognition of his dedicated efforts in creating and chairing the Bar Association's admissions program to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bischof began his legal career in Washington, D.C. with the U.S. Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander in Judge Advocate General's Corps. While in the Navy he was awarded a Navy Achievment Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. Eagle Scout.

- Elected to the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of Erie County in June 2007. Treasurer 2008-2009; Deputy Treasurer 2007-2008. Member of the Bar's Finance Committee and a member and Board liaison to the Association's Negligence Committee. The Treasurer is the Bar Association's Chief Financial Officer. Elected President, American Board of Trial Advocates, Buffalo Chapter, 2009-2011; elected as Vice-President 2007-2008. Member New York State Bar Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, District of Columbia Bar Association.
Pro bono/Community Service:
- Board President for Tonawanda's Council on the Arts for the Carnegie Art Center, August 2000 through August 2006. Eagle Scout Recognition Day Executive Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, Greater NIagara Frontier Council. Attorney mentor with the University at Buffalo Law School's mentoring program for first year law students.
