Profile

Jeffrey Shinder specializes in antitrust law and is the Managing Partner of Constantine Cannon's New York office. He was a lead attorney in In Re Visa Check, which resulted in a $3.4 billion settlement, the largest recorded antitrust recovery. He recently was special counsel to the FTC, where he helped draft the Rambus opinion. Mr. Shinder graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and he received a Master's Degree in Trade Regulation from NYU School of Law. He writes and speaks extensively on antitrust issues, including a contribution to the Antitrust Advisor, regular appearances in the New York Law Journal and other publications, and presentations at NYU, ABA panels, and at industry forums.
