Karl Essler is a "start to finish" real estate attorney, representing clients in contract and lease negotiations and preparation, obtaining all necessary land use and zoning approvals (and litigating over those approvals if necessary), and handling purchase and sale and financing closings. He also represents numerous clients in tax assessment matters and real-estate-related litigation. Karl lectures frequently on land use and zoning topics, and he is a past co-chair of the Land Use and Zoning Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the New York Bar Association.
