I joined the Smith Sovik firm over twenty years ago after beginning my career in the litigation department of a large firm in Boston.  Since that time I have tried over a hundred cases to verdict in the state and federal courts in Central, Western and Upstate New York. I have successfully represented many different clients including indivduals, professionals, small and large corporations.  I have handled all types of litigation involving personal injury and property damage including product liability, professional malpractice, automobile and trucking accidents, construction and contract disputes.
