Lucien (Lou) Morin, II manages the bankruptcy and real estate practice for the firm. His broad range of experience includes representing clients in the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, counseling private clients and local municipal bodies in planning and zoning matters, and assisting buyers, sellers, and lenders. In 2010, Lou was a recipient of the William E. McKnight Volunteer Service Award for his pro bono work. A frequent lecturer, he is past Dean of the Monroe County Bar Association's Academy of Law and received the Raymond J. Pauly Award in recognition of his work with the Academy. His memberships include the NYSBA, ABA, ABI, and NABT. On the community front, he was recognized by Perinton-Fairport Dollars for Scholars, receiving the Chapter's Honor Award for Service to the Community, and is active in the Brooks-Shepard American Legion Post, serving as its Vice Commander and Legal Officer.
