Peter J. Moschetti, Jr. is a graduate of the University of New Haven, Connecticut and Union University's Albany Law School. He has been practicing law since 1984. He was employed as a prosecutor in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office from 1984 through 1987. His practice now involves the representation of plaintiffs in all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including complex product liability and medical malpractice actions. Over the years he has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements and has obtained record-setting verdicts in a number of counties in New York State's Capital Region. He is also an accomplished criminal defense lawyer who defends individuals and corporations charged with serious crimes.
