• 300K Settled—on behalf of a 3l yr old Broome County man who while on the job fell from a ladder at a height greater than 10 feet from the ground. As a result, the injured party underwent spinal surgery.
• 200K Settlement before Trial—was agreed to with a 60 yr old Orange County woman who was a passenger in a motor vehicle accident in an intersection collision resulting in multiple spinal injuries.
• 550K Settlement before Trial-was secured through mediation on behalf of a 60 yr old Orange County woman who was passenger in a 2 car head on motor vehicle accident. As a result, the injured party sustained 2 fractured spinal vertebra along with a fracture to her sternum and rib.
