Thomas P. Connolly joined the firm in 1966, has been a principal since 1970, and assumed the position as "Of Counsel" as of January 1, 2005. Mr. Connolly's areas of concentration are public finance and securities, commercial and business litigation, and real estate.

Mr. Connolly is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
