His current practice focuses on permitting and regulatory compliance for major oil-and-gas exploration companies and is at the forefront of the regulatory issues surrounding the development of Marcellus Shale in New York. His other experience includes manufacturing; solid and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal; gas pipeline siting; water supply; cement and lightweight aggregate production; wind power; mining; and low-level radioactive waste storage.
