Mr. Finocchio, Esq., was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He graduated from the New England School of Law in 1974, was admitted to the Courts of the State of New York as an attorney in 1975, and has maintained a law practice for the past 36 years. On May 29, 1996, Mr. Finocchio, Esq., became Board Certified in Family Law Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been actively engaged in the practice of family and matrimonial law and has prosecuted actions in the Family Court and Supreme Court in the State of New York. He has also represented several litigants at the appellate level in both the Third Department and the Fourth Department. Mr. Finocchio, Esq., has been published in the Family Law Review on two occasions. Mr. Finocchio, Esq., is involved in approximately 200 different divorce and family law matters on an annual basis.
