William S Friedlander graduated from Boston University and Stetson College of Law. With offices in Ithaca, New York, he concentrates his practice in school violence and misconduct litigation, environmental litigation, and nursing home abuse. For over 39 years he has been fighting for his clients against corporations to make sure they receive justice.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers.He is a member of the Excecutive committee of the New York Sate Bar Ass. Trial Lawyer Section. He also is active in the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and the American Association of Justice. He has published many articles in legal publications including The Plaintiff’s Magazine, Trial, and Victim’s Advocate.
He lectures extensively throughout the United States. He has appeared on national and local radio and television as a legal expert.
Friedlander co- founded the Marcellus Shale Gas Litigation Group with other regional and national law firms to coordinate knowledge and resources on behalf of landowners facing problems related to royalty and gas exploration and drilling in the Marcellus Shale region.
