Barry Cobb A partner at Yates, McLamb & Weyher, Cobb defends physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice matters, and represents health-care providers before their licensing boards. He currently serves as the ethics co-chair and as a council member of the North Carolina Bar Association Litigation Section.
Michael Hurley A frequent speaker on legal issues at seminars and conferences, published author, and successful trial attorney, Hurley specializes in medical malpractice and nursing home liability defense litigation. Also a partner, Hurley is an avid sailor and former charter captain on the North Carolina coast.
Dan McLamb Voted one of North Carolina’s Legal Elite1 litigators in all surveys conducted by North Carolina Business magazine since 2001, McLamb has recently been named to the magazine’s “Litigation Hall of Fame.” He focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of medical malpractice and legal malpractice claims.
Barbara Weyher In addition to representing clients in matters regarding insurance coverage and professional liability, Ms. Weyher regularly mediates cases involving claims of personal injury, business disputes, premises liability and professional malpractice. After serving nine years as a councilor on the North Carolina State Bar, she was recently elected to serve as vice president of that organization.
