Benjamin T. Cochran is a Board Certified Specialist in workers' compensation law and the managing partner of Hardison & Cochran, Attorneys at Law, of Raleigh, North Carolina. As a personal injury attorney, he offers dedicated representation for employees and individuals who have suffered due to the negligence of others.
Mr. Cochran graduated from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University after completing undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of Phi Alpha, and his legal affiliations include the American Association for Justice, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the 10th Judicial Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association. He also serves in the Leaders Forum of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Cochran has been listed as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers of North Carolina and was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2010 and 2011 Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.
