A trial lawyer, he represents clients involved in workers' compensation claims, serious personal injury lawsuits, Social Security Disability and general civil litigation.

Mr. Bollinger is a certified specialist in workers' compensation by the North Carolina State Bar, Board of Legal Specialization. He has been included in the list of the "Best Lawyers in America" in workers' compensation, and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the North Carolina Super Lawyers list each year since 2007.

A dedicated advocate for his clients, Mr. Bollinger is committed to keeping up to date on current trial practices and issues in workers' compensation. Mr. Bollinger graduated cum laude from the Campbell University School of Law in 1988, where he served on the Law Review and represented his school in the National Moot Court competition.   He received his undergraduate degree (B.A., Economics) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
