Brian Davis is the founding shareholder of the Davis Law Group, P.A, an Asheville personal injury law firm representing personal injury victims in North Carolina and throughout the eastern United States. Brian focuses the majority of his practice on serious injury and wrongful death claims related to commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, car wrecks, and defective and unreasonably dangerous products. In addition to the work he does on behalf of personal injury victims, Brian also handles business litigation and legal malpractice claims. Brian is a member of the Best Lawyers in America, the Muliti-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Association of Plaintiff's Interstate Truck Lawyers of America, the American Association for Justice, the National Trial Lawyers - Top 100 Lawyers, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Buncombe County Bar Association.
Brian is also a National Advisory Board Member of the Association for Plaintiff's Interstate Truck Lawyers of America, and he is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
