Our clients' cases range from negotiated separation agreements to complex litigation involving substantial business assets or international custody disputes. Our approach is personal and professional. The firm handles property division, alimony, child support, custody, adoptions, and domestic violence restraining orders.Charles Montgomery has more than 37 years expereince and is a N.C. Board Certifed Family Law Specialist and a Superior Court Certified Mediator. He has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience before both trial and appellate courts. He is experienced in mediation and arbitration.
