Mr. Hannum is co-chair of the Firm's Corporate Transaction and Private Equity practice group.  Mr. Hannum also focuses on estate planning, asset protection and wealth preservation planning.  He has over 15 years of experience in representing individuals, fiduciaries and businesses in complex tax and business matters, including corporate workouts and debt restructuring, estate and income tax planning, asset protection, securities matters, tax controversy, mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr. Hannum has proven track record of handling successful transactions and developing effective solutions to minimize taxes and legal risks and achieve other client objectives.  He counsels clients in all aspects of tax and business matters, estate and succession planning, business sales and acquisitions, labor and creditor disputes as well as shareholder and other legal matters.
